Returns & Exchanges

We have a 14-day return policy — you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a refund. Exchanges may be requested within 30 days of receipt.

Please note that all products must be returned new and unused, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place — including the box, protective packaging, accessories, and dust bags. When trying shoes on, please stand on a clean, carpeted surface to protect the soles. We reserve the right to refuse any return showing signs of wear, use, or alteration from its original condition.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We can exchange for an alternative size or color, subject to availability. We cover all domestic ground shipping on exchanges — both the return and the outbound — at no cost to you. Have a fit or product question first? Reach us at info@augustspecial.com before initiating an exchange. For a different style entirely, please return your item and make a separate purchase once the return is accepted.

Refunds

A $25 return shipping fee is deducted from all refunds. Once we receive and inspect your return, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days, less the $25 fee. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, contact us at info@augustspecial.com.

International

International customers may request a refund within 14 days of delivery, or an exchange or store credit within 30 days. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility; original shipping, duties, taxes, and import fees are non-refundable. Refunds are issued for the product value only.
