Pre-Orders

Some styles are offered on pre-order before they arrive in stock. The estimated ship date is shown on the product page and at checkout.

Payment

A 30% deposit is charged at checkout. The remaining balance is charged to the same payment method when your order is ready to ship.

Cancelling a pre-order

You may cancel within 7 days of placing your order for a full refund of your deposit. Email info@augustspecial.com with your order number. After 7 days, production has begun and the order cannot be cancelled, except as set out below.

If the ship date changes

If production timing changes, we’ll let you know before the estimated date with a revised ship date, and your order will remain reserved. If the revised date doesn’t work for you, you may cancel for a full refund of any amount paid, including your deposit.

If the balance can’t be charged

If we’re unable to charge the remaining balance, we’ll email you to update your payment method before your order ships.

After delivery

Once delivered, pre-order items can be exchanged for a different size or color of the same style, subject to availability, under our Return & Exchange Policy. They cannot be returned for store credit or a refund, and are not eligible for our ‘Try Both’ option.
