Pre-orders

When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying a product not yet in inventory. A 50% deposit is collected at checkout, with the remaining balance charged when your order is fulfilled and ready to ship.

You may cancel a pre-order and receive a full refund of your deposit within 7 days of placing your order. After this window, cancellations are not available as production will have commenced. Once fulfilled, standard return and exchange terms apply — please refer to our Returns Policy for details.

Try Before You Buy

When you purchase a try-before-you-buy item, your payment method is authorized but not charged at the time of fulfillment. You will have a set period of time to decide whether to keep the item. If you choose to return it within that window, no charge will be applied. If the item is not returned within the specified timeframe, your payment method will be charged in full. Return instructions and the applicable time window will be communicated at the time of purchase.
