We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a refund. Exchanges may be requested within 30 days of receipt.

All products must be returned in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place. This includes the box, all protective packaging, any accessories and dust bags. When trying shoes on, please stand on a carpeted surface to protect the soles. We reserve the right not to accept any return if the product shows signs of wear or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way.

Need a different size or color? We can exchange your purchase for an alternative size or color, subject to availability. We cover all domestic ground shipping on exchanges - both the return and the outbound - at no cost to you. We encourage you to reach out at info@augustspecial.com if you have any fit or product questions before initiating an exchange. If you would like a different style entirely, please return your item and make a separate purchase once the return is accepted.

Refunds A $25 return shipping fee is deducted from all refunds. Once we receive and inspect your return, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days, less the $25 return shipping fee. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at info@augustspecial.com.

International customers may request a refund within 14 days of delivery, or an exchange or store credit within 30 days.

A return shipping fee applies to all international returns and is deducted from your refund or collected during the return process. Shipping fees are calculated at cost according to your location and are capped at $100 for refunds, and $50 for exchanges and store credit.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process it within 3 business days. Exchange orders ship with complimentary outbound shipping once the return fee is settled.
